No SmokingNO SMOKING inside The Pirate Haus Inn at any time.  Evidence of smoking in your room will result in a $100 deodorization fee and immediate termination of your stay without refund.

Our smoking area is on the back deck, or on the front porch.

 Pets: Regrettably we cannot accept pets due to the allergies of our staff.  We can recommend a good kennel though!

Cancellations:  Normally we have a 7-day cancellation policy, however during holiday periods this changes to a 14-day cancellation policy.  Your MUST receive a cancellation confirmation from us, if not you are still responsible for the cost of the room.

If you cannot cancel prior to the requested cancellation window, we will make every effort to book someone else into the room, however you are ultimately responsible for your reservation.  If we cannot find someone to occupy your room(s), your card will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

We are a small inn and no shows cost us valuable revenue with which we pay our rent and expenses.  By giving you a reservation we are turning away others.  Due to our location, prices, and reputation for excellent service, our weekends are almost always fully booked, sometimes weeks or months in advance.  We appreciate your understanding in the matter of our cancellation policy.

To respect your privacy and provide you with personalized service, your room will not be disturbed during your visit at The Pirate Haus Inn unless you have specific housekeeping requests. If you need something during your stay, just let us know.
